Who is Eden Star Daily? For starters, she exists in a pen. She is a writer, author and co-creator. She understands the true creator resides in the heavens above. Eden is a by-product of her environment. Invented to allow digression, to maintain privacy of the true wizard behind the curtain. I made her. I am her.
If you noticed the above reference, yes, I love the Wizard of Oz. In fact, I am a huge Dorothy fan. Why? I just really like tornadoes! Just kidding. I have been lost in a distorted reality, just like her. My daydream turned into a nightmare with a quickness. When it ended, I woke up to a world, in which, I was the villain. Of course, I can still get down with the wickedest of witches. If you need someone to drop a house on your ex, I’m your girl. However, these days I’m more Glinda material. I prefer the bigger picture. When you strip the storyline of its vibrant colors, it’s back to black and white. Plain, transparent truth.
There are so many definitions of a blog. In the beginning, ancient (old school) times, they were a one stop shop for hard-to-find information. Fast forward thirty-one years and here you are. Reading the internet’s first Personable Life Blog. Normally, you get one or the other, but here, I'm giving you both. I tend to teeter the lines that run between. If I decide to totter, then so be it! I am an advocate for knowledge. The more you know the heavier your artillery. When equipped with that level of power you become indestructible. Learning to read the fine print, adds that extra layer of badassery.
A gifted writer has already written the story before the ink stains the paper. They understand the words within come from a place much deeper. It’s their purpose, an embedded calling. The more we fight it, the more it hurts, physically and mentally. It will eat us alive unless we let it out.

Ah, happiness—the elusive unicorn we’re all chasing. But what if I told you that finding it isn’t as hard as squeezing a lemon out of a watermelon? Yeah sunshine, I'm talking to you. Trust me, it’s easier than trying to assemble a child’s bicycle, without the instructions.
First things first, let’s get one thing straight; happiness is personal. What makes your neighbor happy might not work for you. Contrary to popular belief, that’s perfectly fine. That's the beauty of daring to be different.
Embrace it!
Own it!
Remember, happiness is the Nobel Prize of life satisfaction.
You can’t buy happiness in a store. It’s not hidden under the mattress marked with numbers, that make it spendable. It can’t be found inside another human. You won’t find it in your favorite food. You can’t see it on the screens you watch. It can’t be received in a phone call or text. It’s not a notice you get in your mailbox or email. It’s not in the fancy baubles you own. It’s not a showroom house or a plot of land on Roblox. It’s not a stock to invest in. Most importantly, it’s not a position you hold in a public office. It’s not the ground you walk on; it’s how you stand on it. Happiness is a small flicker of hope that radiates a light that resides within you.
Life’s full of curveballs, and if we take it too seriously, we’re setting ourselves up for failure. Find humor in everyday situations and learn to laugh at yourself. Did you trip over your own feet while walking? Well, I tipped over this morning while putting on my underwear, things could be worse. When we allow ourselves to see the lighter side of life; goodness sneaks up on us like a ninja in the night.
It’s a busy world out there, and it’s okay to say “no” to things that bring us down. We all have our thing; we just have to find it. If you want to game until your thumbs go numb—do it. Want to sing in the shower until your voice is raw? Then belt it out baby. Prioritizing your passions is like giving your soul a high-five. You may not be a superhero, but you can still be marvelous darling. Happiness isn’t a destination; it’s a way of life.
Happiness whispers in the quiet moments of truth. Seek not what is fleeting, but what resonates within your soul. ~ Eden Star Daily
We are all chapters written for the purpose of a greater story. Each of us, a piece to a divine puzzle. Every time you read my words my pages come to life. All stories house their own uniqueness. In mine, I am the villain, victim and victor. Just as my book was intended to be.
So, to commit or quit? The choice is yours. Let us be reminded of a man dressed in sequined genie pants who once said, "too legit to quit." Please allow me to hammer out the details. If you have a good thing, keep it going.
Generational cycles of negative behavior is like a nasty infection from a flesh-eating wound. Hate and racism are the foundation of the disease. Planted seeds of self loathing produce undesirable symptoms of learned habits and inherited biases. False ideologies of dominance and inferiority begin to dominate general common sense. This condition materializes a new trait hosted in our DNA. It is then passed down, like a crown to the next victim inheriting the throne.
Living with such intense negativity can lead to chronic stress, which in turn, affects mental health. When deeply ingrained, profound emotional and physical consequences are at stake. People who harbor hate often experience heightened levels of anxiety, depression, and extreme dissatisfaction with life. This emotional turmoil manifests itself in various ways. Anger becomes an anchor that eventually sinks the ship. The emotional burden of carrying the extra weight leads to a life filled with bitterness and isolation. As individuals struggle to cope with their internal disorder the sickness spreads at a rapid rate.
Leaving them alone and searching for ways to self-medicate.
Physically, the impact of living with hate is equally damaging. Anxiety leads to high blood pressure, causing strain on the heart. When the brain is in a constant state of fight-or-flight it breaks down. The result is a weakened immune system susceptible to illness. A perfect concoction for self-destruction and emotional high jacking. Hate attacks others physically through projection of feelings. Anyone around is fair game. The inability to empathize with others and demand constant attention is a common sign of narcissism.
If you find yourselves involved with one of these wolves in sheep's clothing, RUN! The cycle will never stop, it's inherited. The roles must be reversed and you must find the courage to leave. If you can't do it alone, ask for help. Remember, change starts with one brave soul willing to step out of the shadows and become the light. Plus, who doesn’t love a good hero story?
"Leave your worries at the base, because the answers await at the peak."
Unfortunately, not all relationships are rainbows, happiness and unicorns. Toxic traits sneak in like uninvited guests at a party. One red flag is someone else’s problem. The moment you spot it, you got it!
We serve the devil his daily meal of negativity, self-righteousness, and self-pity expecting our portion to stay warm. Instead, our barters become frozen assets that yield no return.
Imagine a world where every interaction becomes a subtle act of change. Not a grand gesture, but a quiet shift in perception. Everyday consciousness, the act of being present, holds immense power. It's about recognizing the subtle biases that color our judgments, the casual remarks that perpetuate stereotypes. This behavior creates invisible barriers that limit opportunity. We must take a moment to pause before we make assumptions, and listen with genuine empathy.
Respectful dialogue, then, becomes the bridge between awareness and action. It's not about winning arguments or proving points, but about fostering understanding and building connections. Consider the simple act of asking a question, not to interrogate, but to learn. Or, perhaps, offering a different perspective, not to invalidate another's experience, but to expand the scope of conversation. This kind of exchange thrives on humility, a willingness to acknowledge our own limitations. It’s an exercise in building common ground, even amidst differing viewpoints.
Think of it as a ripple effect. Each conversation choice sends waves outward, influencing those around us. When we challenge our own biases, we invite others to do the same. When we listen with open hearts, we create space for genuine connection. The daily act of consciousness is not just about changing the world; it’s about transforming ourselves. It requires a continual commitment to growth, an unwavering belief in the potential for positive change, and the courage to engage with the world in a more mindful way. Don't be a part of the problem, be part of the solution.
Our hardships don't define us; the journey does. Each choice we make along the way serves a purpose. We possess the capacity to transform, adapt, and thrive, regardless of the challenges we face. Understanding this process allows both humanity and nature to reach heights once deemed unattainable.
When a dominant root takes over, it can overshadow and suppress the smaller roots. These roots, once united, begin to separate. They become stunted and overworked, triggering stress and anxiety. Eventually, the energy is depleted leaving the system stuck in a state of passive consumption.
